TNT Super Sans is a display typeface inspired by the raw energy and visual culture of 1980s hard rock and metal. Drawing from iconic band logos and posters, the project translates aggressive musical aesthetics into a bold typographic system designed for impactful applications such as posters, titles, and branding. ct exploring the intersection of architecture, light, and technology.

Challenge
Create a distinctive display typeface that captures the rebellious spirit and visual intensity of 1980s rock and metal while remaining structured enough for contemporary design applications.
Solution
Through research into iconic metal band visuals, iterative sketching, and systematic character construction, the typeface evolved into a bold display font with sharp geometric terminals and narrow proportions. The final character set was digitally refined and exported as a functional font designed for striking, large-scale typographic expression.
